this site will list all of the things you need to fillout the application 

some things you will need are
Visa Application Forms to be completed and signed

• Colour Passport size photo to be uploaded with application before submitting

• Business, Residential addresses and contact telephone numbers to be provided

• Occupation

• Financial means to be indicated

• Proposed date of travel

• Names and Addresses of references and/ Accommodation in Ghana (if it is a hotel, details are to be provided)

• Letter of consent from parent/legal guardian for children under 18 years

• Invitation Letter

Fees

You might get stuck on this part if you are doing it now as it looks like you need to be within 3 months of the departure date 

Once you get to this part you will need to put the GPS Digital Address this is similar to a uk Post code you should be able to find this on your booking but if not go onto google Maps and type in the name of the place and scroll down

There will be a section Asking for Invitation you can download and use this
